CAVA the times we are living in, this truly a phenomenal time to be alive. Given the swell of space-related events recently, such as the release of thousands of images from past NASA missions to the Moon, and the discovery of flowing water on Mars coinciding with the release of Ridley Scott’s The Martian, it’s no surprise that interest in space exploration has reached a peak in pop culture. But for those that haven’t had quite enough, there’s now a beautifully executed, space-themed hotel suite to bide your time. Designed by German artist Michael Najjar, the “Space Suite” at the Kameha Grand Zurich Hotel combines elements such as color-reverse prints from the Hubble space telescope on the ceiling and floor, a rocket engine ceiling light, and a strict monotone palette interrupted only by hits of silvery space foil on the furniture.
